As webmaster I utilize many online tools which are very useful and time savers. Here are few of those webmaster tools which I frequently use.

DomainTools
DomainTools.com has a wide variety of useful tools including an excellent domain suggestion tool. I have found many excellent domain names using this tool including Cell Phone Ringtones. They also have whois search tool. If you search for the whois info of the above domain you will find it is registred in the name of Nirmal Keelery.

Alexa:
Alexa is an good site for monitoring your traffic rank. Keep in mind that the Alexa data is collected from the users who have the alexa toolbar installed on their computer. Hence the data may not be very accurate. But still Alexa is an excellent tool for comparing traffic ranks. Also also provides site info where you can find details of individual sites. WordPress Default Theme Custom Header

When you install wordpress, by default the Kubrick theme is installed for your blog. You could add a new blog theme. But the default Kubrick theme is clean and good for seo. You only need to add a custom header. There are many sites offering custom kubrick header. All you need to do is to replace the kubrickheader.jpg with the new header image.
I did this for many of my sites. In fact I even renamed the header file and modified the css file. But for one of my sites the default kubrick header will not go off, no matter what I did. I played with the code and finally managed to remove the default header, but the new custom header will not show up. Now I have no header display for my default kubrick theme.

After searching on google and playing with my code I finally found the solution. Here what was casuing this issue.

My wordpress installation was upgraded from earlier version and as a result there was this fucntions.php file in the theme folder.
All you need to do is, delete the file functions.php from the blog directory/wp-content/themes/default/ and you are ready to go. See the kubrick theme with custom header in action at Forex Robot website.

We all know the importance of air pressure. If the air pressure is too high or too low in the atmosphere we will have breathing difficulty. We never measure the air pressure of the atmosphere. We are usually more worried about the pollution in the air and buy expensive air purifiers at home. However there are instances we do measure the air pressure. Yes, you guessed it. The air pressure in our vehicle tires. You can use a tire pressure gauge and measure the air pressure inside the tire. A properly inflated tire will reduce your gas bill. Moreover your car wheels will last longer. I was explaining this to my friend who runs a vacuum pumps service in Australia and he seems to be impressed. I guess he was more worried about creating vacuum than inflating the tires.

He used to check the air pressure at gas stations once in two months or so, but never did it at home. I explained it is good to verify the tire pressure every week and told him that these gauges are not expensive. He seems really surprised to see the cool look of the new generation digital tire pressure gauges. He was thinking about the mechanical ones which worked on spring pressure.
I suggest you guys also to get a pressure monitor and check your tires regularly.
